Getting started: create your API key
Your API key is shown as soon as your order is paid. Paste it into the setup of the DoliPDF module of your Dolibarr, as explained in the documentation. You can create more from the API tokens menu of your account.

Simple terms of use
The service is simple, and so are its terms of use: this webservice converts an ODT file into a PDF.
Each user has an account to log in to the web back-office, where they can create their API key, delete it and create another one.
In this back-office the user can also see how they use the service (number of requests, of documents processed, etc.).

This site collects no data. Without logging in, only one cookie is set, and only if you choose a language: it remembers that choice.
When you log in to your management interface, a cookie holding your session identifier is used.
The IP address used when you log in is kept in the system logs so that we can find and fix possible problems.

Appendix on the processing of personal data
Although this service does not process personal data, users may submit documents that contain personal data.
This server keeps no data except for the processing the service is for (converting a file format).
The original document and its PDF version are stored only for the processing, in accordance with the terms of use, and are deleted at the latest 48 h after the file was first uploaded.
The service can only be reached over an encrypted channel (HTTPS protocol).
